I have always been a good friend and still hold you dear...
- you just ignore me and leave me no alternative. I want my life back- what you keep hostage. My brother is dead, my sister is dead- things you have cannot be replaced- all I care about is their things...
But, more importantly this is why you broke my heart...   And just like you joked about keeping Michelle's Harry Winston.  You do not love freely.   You love with condition, and when it is to benefit you-  that is not love.
You should love without warrant and without question.  You should listen to your heart, and lastly, one should not expect anything in return.
I had even asked that if you will not return my things to let me know so that I can move on. You have no decency. I placed you before anything of mine, saying that you were more important to me than any belonging. Still nothing!

You can keep the cd's you can keep the clothes......  the books, the furniture, the Hermes this Hermes that, Fendi this Fendi that, Jil Sander this Jil Sander that.  You are probably sitting on over $20,000- of cashmere.  $45,000 in music....  shame on you.
Jews have always been the people I have always most respected.  Smart, shrewd, honest.  You are anything but.  Do not have me elaborate on all your alleged ill-legal and wrong doings.  I can understand allegedly ripping off the government- tires and what not.....  but friends and family??  ALL TIME LOW.
Give me back my dead brother's football jacket!  That is all I want, and all I have of his!!!
Everyone who googles you, your companies, and even your family, will bare witness to what you are doing. I had called to arrange tings many many times. The last few you had made some excuses...
The longer you ignore, the more detailed and graphic I will explain- I'm trying to be a gentleman and posting to give you ample notice in the hopes that you do the right thing.

1. Please return my stored personal effects. 2. Answer your phone, and 3. Make arrangements.

Your avoidance is most unsettling, as you are supposed to be my friend.

PLEASE ACT LIKE A FRIEND AND RETURN THE PERSONAL BELONGINGS YOU INSISTED ON STORING.

I have made many many many attempts to retrieve them, and I am both saddened and disapointed by your disregard.

AT this point, your avoidance leaves me no choice but to seek legal action and to inform the insurance company. I do not want to file a police report because then it would become a criminal matter.

You are a loved and valued friend, and I had even left a message statingf that if you had in fact disposed of my property that I would pass it off as a loss and move on. However, you cannot even give me the respect of an answer. I would never intentionally hurt you, but I also believe the insurance company should not be held responsible if in fact you do not return my belongings. It would then be considered theft, and then the insurance company would be on the line for compensation. You can bet taht they then would then seek damages. You most likely would be held accountable and be incarcerated.

I have given you many many many chances to do the right thing and to return my property, but as soon as I file a claim with the insurance company if the police declair my belongings to in fact be stolen.

Money comes and goes, and I can always replace what is missing. What I cannot replace is the life you are in possesion of. Letters from my sister who died in '97. A football jacket of my brother who died in '99. My rocking chair with the teeth marks I made as my very first baby teeth arrived some 42 years ago.

You are a very wealthy man, and have a very priviledged life. I am a boy who was raped at 12, and have been on my own since I was 17 with nothing and from no one. I've crawled through the depths of hell to become somebody and ultimately at the end of the day, all I have ever hoped to do was to protect as many from the background I had come from.

I was raped at 12, and when I finally strong enough to ask for help I was raped again by a priest. Incidentally, I have never asked anything of anyone. You had said so many things that I believe you to be a good person, I foolishly believe you could be trusted. Right now, I feel as if you are raping me and my belief in humanity is now reduced to that of that 12 year old I worked so hard to get away from.

Please return the life you hold hostage and allow me the things I have left of my brother asnd sister and hold most dear.

If in fact you do not return my stored items I must then considered to be stolen.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience so this can be resolved.
